PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA“) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ACCOUNTABLE SA'S LETTER ANALYSIS SERVICE. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. License Grant. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Accountable SA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Letter Analysis Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. 2.
2. Ownership. Accountable SA retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Letter Analysis Service, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Service.
3. Restriction. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Service, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of Accountable SA. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Service. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Privacy. Your use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy available at the follow address, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ACCOUNTABLE SA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCOUNTABLE SA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ACCOUNTABLE SA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Termination. This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and destroy all copies of the Service in your possession or control.
8. Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Accountable SA with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Accountable SA.
10. Modifications. Accountable SA may modify this EULA at any time by posting a revised version on its website. Your continued use of the Service after such posting will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
